Customers may book services through our website, phone call, or WhatsApp. After confirmation, our team will contact you to schedule a technician visit.

Payment Policy:
Service charges must be paid after completion of the work or as mutually agreed. Secure payment links may be shared through our official website or verified WhatsApp communication.

Cancellation Policy:
If a booking is cancelled after technician dispatch, a nominal visiting charge may apply.

Liability:
While we strive to provide quality service, Expert Repair Service is not responsible for issues arising from previous repairs, misuse, or internal product defects unrelated to our service work.
